The cabbage bomb

Broccoli is a true treasure trove. It contains so many health-promoting substances that EVERYONE should eat "a green bouquet" every day for the sake of health. One of the substances that is released when eating broccoli increases the body's ability to get rid of carcinogens. It is unique and wonderful. Even relatively small amounts ("a small bouquet") have a BIG health-promoting effect. The deep green, clear color is a real delight to the eye - too!…

Broccoli contains, inter alia:

Vitamins A, B, C, E and K

Example of recipe with BROCCOLI:

GreenYellowRed soup 4 pers .:

1 cauliflower
1 broccoli
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 can of light coconut milk
3 cloves of garlic
2 red onion
1-1½ liters of vegetable broth
3 tablespoons olive oil
freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp. Good and tasty curry
1 tsp. green curry paste

Take some of the cauliflower off and divide it into tiny bouquets, the rest is divided into coarse pieces - do it together with the broccoli. Approx. 1/4 of each pepper is taken off and cut into small cubes, the rest is cut into coarse cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Put some olive oil in a reasonably large pan - preferably with a large bottom and saute onions, garlic and the 3 tbsp. curry. Heat them until golden and emit fragrance - stir in it all the time so that the onions do not burn.

Sprinkle with salt, it makes them not burn on so easily. Put the large pieces of vegetables in and saute them, stirring constantly. Add broth so that it covers approx. 3/4 up the vegetables, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Bring to the boil and then add the coconut milk (remember to shake the can well) and the green curry paste. Turn down and simmer until the cauliflower is tender. Blend it into a smooth and happy soup. Taste again and serve piping hot with delicious bread and the hidden small chunks of vegetables…

Beautifully beautiful - and if you can not do without a little meat - you can just throw a round of Serrano ham in the micro, and then there is smoked bacon flavor to put on as a sprinkle on top!
